Thet Win — Los Angeles
The most difficult technology challenges are rarely technical. They emerge when strategy, operating models, execution, and decision-making fall out of alignment.
I help organizations assess complex environments, clarify priorities, and translate technology investments into measurable outcomes.
Trained as an architect, shaped by the early Internet, now working across technology strategy and AI — twenty-five years of translating ambiguity into systems, roadmaps, and outcomes.
Thet's master's thesis at UCLA explored the Internet's implications for professional practice in 1993, before most institutions understood how multimedia, networks, and digital collaboration would reshape the way people work. That early interest in how new technologies change systems carried forward into platforms, operating models, modernization, and transformation.
Over the past twenty-five years, he has worked across consulting, technology, commerce, and product development, helping organizations assess complex environments, align stakeholders, and translate strategic objectives into practical execution. His work spans technology strategy, platform modernization, operating model design, product development, and large-scale transformation initiatives across global enterprises, public-sector organizations, and emerging ventures.
Today he is Co-Founder and CTO of Finja Financial, a regulated fintech platform focused on credit decision guidance and financial intelligence, and Co-Founder & Strategic Advisor at Stratium.Digital.
M.Arch, UCLA; executive studies at Kellogg, Northwestern.
